You have one hour between services, so take your time. Tailor your service in our Ceremony Hall by making your music selection from a huge range of genres, displaying photographs or videos of your time together, live streaming the service to those unable to travel, or recording it all for posterity. Our staff will help you say goodbye in whatever way you need to.
For those who choose a quiet, simple goodbye, with close family and friends around them we offer a gentle, peaceful time to reflect and remember.
We can take your loved one into our care when Cannock Chase Crematorium is silent and still and the only movement is that of the wildlife who have made this their home. Our Ceremony Co-ordinator will play a piece of music of your choice and read a few words on your behalf in a simple, respectful goodbye. You can choose to remember at another time and place to suit you.

An intimate 15-minute service for those closest to you to say a simple goodbye with music which meant something to your loved one and a few simple words spoken.
The car park accommodates 80 cars and overflow parking is available.
On arrival family and friends can gather in the comfortable, stylishly furnished, waiting room.
There are toilets in the waiting area, including a disabled toilet.
The ceremony hall seats 130 guests and has a large picture window framing views across beautifully landscaped memorial gardens. A further 80 people can follow the service on screens in our indoor waiting area.
When you lose someone who is central to your life it is only fitting they should rest front and centre of the Ceremony Hall when you meet to celebrate their life.
We can source most music that has been made commercially available for your ceremony and play it through a state-of-the-art media system. Just let your funeral director know your choices.
Large screens allow you to show photographs and videos of your life together, your funeral director will guide you through the options.
Our webcasting system is fully automated, and an increasingly popular option for those who cannot attend the service in person. This can be made available to view on-line for 28 days following the date of the service.
Whilst many are happy to use a funeral as closure, others prefer to keep the memory alive. You can with our 28 day watch-again service complete with a copy to keep on DVD, Blu-ray or USB stick.
Our Ceremony Hall has an induction loop for the hard of hearing and we can accommodate those with special mobility requirements throughout every room.
We understand how difficult families find it as the curtain closes. You will see something very different at Cannock Chase Crematorium. Our delicate, translucent voiles gently wrap around the coffin, no doors, no noise. If you still choose not to do this, that’s fine, we understand.
We allow a full hour between services giving you plenty of time to gather, hold an appropriate ceremony and say your goodbyes before departing. There is no feeling of hurry and fluster. If you want, further time can be allocated.
Your flowers will be displayed as you exit the ceremony hall overlooking the memorial gardens. We will care for them for a week, but we invite you to collect them if you want to enjoy them elsewhere.
